Bella has reached the age where the goofy smiles come out for the camera. She squints her eyes shut, puts on a huge cheesy grin, and says "Cheeeeeese...."
Yes, my daughter is wearing Elmo underwear on the outside of her pants. She is not potty trained, but she does love her Elmo "unnerwear". This picture may come in handy when she is older and easily embarrassed :)
